I just received the Plugable Bluetooth Home Automation Switch from Amazon.
The instructions say to visit iTunes store at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pluga… to download the App. When I try to do that, iTunes responds “Item Not Available”.
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for posting about your home automation switch. A few days ago, our iOS application was unexpectedly removed from the Apple store. We worked with an outside developer to come up with that app, and they are the ones who arranged with Apple to have it in the Apple store. They are currently trying to find out from Apple what is happening, but haven’t gotten back to us with a clear date when it is likely to be restored.
Since the iOS application is necessary for iPad and iPhone users (there is also an Android app, which is still available), we have reached out to you via email about a possible refund if iOS functionality is essential to you.
