Nix Capture card not recognized in OBS

I just purchased a NIX Capture Card and I am trying to connect it in OBS. In the Source Config it has a blank for “device” and there is not drop down available. How do I get OBS to recognize my device? I have connected everything to my xbox as directed in all of the online tuts but nothing seems to work so I can select FHD Capture.

In addition to Mitchell’s instructions, one thing you may want to try is just plugging the capture card into a different USB port.
