Let’s say I’m an total Bozo regarding computers. I have bought PackardBell oneTwo S3230 which has 4 USB 2.0 ports, 2 USB 3.0 ports, one audio out for line ( green ), one for headphones and one for mic. Also card reader, as well as DVD. Somehow it DOES NOT have HDMI outlet !I would like to watch the movies from my computer on mine TV set which has 2 HDMI and one VGA + audio from computer in, plus all needed chinch inputs.
I have 10 meter’s long HDMI cable and some funny USB 2.0 to HDMI converter which is actually one wire connected between those two jacks ( probably total rubbish, bought it over catalog for 3 USD ).
Here are the images of the rubbish cable ( USB to HDMI ) and my ports on the side ( 4 x USB 2.0 ports and audio port are on the back ). There IS NO VIDEO OUT on the back of the computer.
Now tell me what should I buy to watch the movies on my TV, how to connect mine computer via HDMI cable to TV ???

Thanks for posting and I will be happy o answer your question.
Unfortunately, our USB to HDMI adapters will likely not work in order to play movies from your computer to your TV. This is because our adapters are unable to support what is known as HDCP copy-protected content that the majority of movies and streaming services use to keep the video content protected and if HDCP protected content is attempted to be played over our adapter, your TV would likely display ‘No Signal’.
In regards to your current USB to HDMI cable and possibly needing a driver, I cannot accurately determine what would be needed as I cannot guarantee results and do not know the specifications of the cable.
