I searched elsewhere but was not able to find this issue:
Every time my computer either goes to sleep (i.e. after being idle) or is rebooted, I need to remove and re-add my Microsoft Arc Bluetooth Mouse. (I am running Windows 7 x64 bit)
The mouse still shows as connected & authenticated in my bluetooth properties, however, it does not work.
I have not been able to find any other workaround other than removing and re-adding the mouse. Workarounds such as cycling the power on the mouse or reseating the plugable dongle fail.
