Need help

ever since I downloaded 7.6.55673.0 software my 4 screen system has become useless. My screens takes minutes t respond to simple requests. Please give me a call at 516-983-3272 to assist in downloading to the older version that worked

Here are steps for removing the current drivers and reverting to a previous version. We’ll do all of the following with the adapters disconnected, until the very last step.

-Disconnect the adapters from the computer

-Uninstall DisplayLink Core software from Control Panel->Programs. Don’t worry if this fails, just move onto the next step.

-Download and run the DisplayLink cleaner tool, found here:

-Once the Cleaner has been run, reboot (even if not prompted to)

-Now download and run the previous 7.4M4 DisplayLink software, found here:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/sl…

-Reboot, even if not prompted to

-Once you’re back in Windows, reattach the dock and let it install and update the firmware which should happen automatically.

If the issues still persist, or you’d like us to help investigate why things aren’t working well with 7.6 (which we’ve had generally good experience with in testing) we can certainly do that as well.
