i got your usb c dock to use with my surface pro 4 and wacom cintiq 21 ux which is a dvi output, which is connected to an HDMI adapter that i plugged in to the dock. I then plug in my Surface pro 4 to the Dock via a usbc cable and all the peripherals are recognized… except for my cintiq 21 ux. I believe the problem is not with my surface but with my cintiq being dvi on an hdmi adapter. please help

For others with similar issues, we’re thinking it is because the DisplayLink drivers may have been missing.
