I am trying to use this express card in my Toshiba L355-s7915. I downloaded the latest driver from the Renesas site and installed. When I insert the card, the computer gives an audible signal and info shows in the toolbar to “safely remove”. However, the external hard drive I am trying to use does not show up in the “drives listing”. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for posting here! As we currently neither manufacture or sell any USB 3.0 Express Cards, I’d recommend contacting the seller or manufacturer of the Express Card that you have, for further support.
