My USB Plugable 7-Port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub no longer works. Not sure what, or how, to troubleshoot. Please help.

This device seems to be completely dead. Not sure if I’ve done something wrong, or if the unit just stopped working. I’d like some troubleshooting steps.
