My usb 2.0 UGA stopped working no green light.

Ive been using my usb 2.0 UGA device for a few months now with no issues, I came in this morning and my other monitor isnt working, the USB device has no green light. I’ve unistalled the drivers and re-installed them but still no green light.

When we bought this unit we bought a second one for a collegue, his unit works perfectly, so I swapped the usb 2.0 uga box over with the working one and the monitor powered up and displayed the desktop, I then tried my old unit on his monitor and nothing. I think that proves that the product is faulty.
