I just recently bought the UGA-2K-A model adaptor and it was working fine for the past week or so, then today it no longer powers on. The light just blinks once and that’s it. I tried a different usb port (using a Macbook Pro), but same problem. Any help would be appreciated!

a) Amazon Order ID
b) Serial Number (to be found on the back of the device on a sticker)
c) Your current valid address
Once we have this information we can send out the replacement !
