My Plugable UD-3900 seems to freeze up and stop working intermittently. I have to power cycle it to get it working again. The only thing I see in the event viewer when this happens is this error, “Plugable Ethernet : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.”

Since this sounds like a fairly complex problem, it would be best if you could gather some additional information for us. This is most easily achieved by running our log gathering tool Plugdebug.
