When I plug my brand new ASUS monitor into the pluggable, I get a DVI and/or HDMI no signal reading on the monitor and then the screen go black. I think the device isn’t sending a signal to display my laptop screen on the monitor. I have the settings correct on my laptop to connect dual displays. Help.
