it is a bluetooth 4.adapter and my laptop will not connect to my mini altius speaker or my sound bar

Thank you for contacting us about your Bluetooth adapter. I’m sorry it isn’t working for you.
I have a quick question: Have you connected those devices to another Bluetooth device, such as a smartphone or tablet?
The reason I ask is because many speakers will only connect to one device at a time. Please try turning off Bluetooth temporarily on any devices that you have prevously connected the speakers to, and see if that helps.
