The display works. The driver is updated. The monitor is clear with other adapters, but with the Plugable USB 2.0 VGA Display Adapter, it is blurry. The resolution is set to 1680 X 1050 @ 60Hz, 32 bit color which is the recommended setting for my monitor.

Thanks for posting your question here! The Plugable USB-VGA-165 is our low end adapter. The image quality is not as good as our higher-end Plugable UGA-165 and Plugable UGA-2K-A models.
There’s a $10-15 price difference, but we recommend upgrading to our higher end adapters for better image quality. If you would like to upgrade, please visit http://www.amazon.com/gp/css/returns/… to get a refund for current unit and then place a reorder for either the Plugable UGA-165 or the Plugable UGA-2K-A
