I have a laptop (Msi prestige 15 a12sc-042us) and I purchased TBT2-UDZ. After I connect the dock, everything is working except my two external monitors. Win 11 said it can’t detect any external monitor at all. Please help.

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘For ticket #- 401259’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:
- The Amazon Order ID number for your TBT3-UDZ purchase.
This information is available from https://amazon.com/orders
- The brand and specific model number of each of the two monitors you are using.
For example, ‘Dell U2415’ or ‘HP 24es’.
If you are unsure which models you are using, this information is typically printed on a label on the back of the monitor.
- While the TBT3-UDZ is connected to your MSI laptop and the two monitors are connected to the dock (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
That information will help us to determine the next steps.
