I just set up a UD Pluggable UD 3900 and MS Edge browser will not run video. It runs on laptop but not external monitor seated on Dock. It does work when monitor is directly plugged in to laptop. Video does run in Firefox on extended monitor. ???

It sounds like you are experiencing a known issue with MS Edge and hardware acceleration.
The good news, it is easily fixed by disabling hardware acceleration.
