Mouse latency on 2 external monitors connected to UD-3900

I am experiencing mouse latency while using 2 monitors connected to Plugable UD-3900. I don’t have the same issue using the 3rd monitor connected through HDMI directly to the laptop. I used Pluggable driver cleaner and installed the new fresh drivers but the issue wasn’t fixed. I also did a full factory reset and switch back from windows 11 to windows 10 to potentially fix the issue but no luck.

I have alienware m15 ryzen edition r5 gaming laptop.
