I’m using a plugable UD-3900 and have upgraded to the latest drivers. My mouse is lagging on the secondary display monitor but not on the laptop display. I have tried putting the mouse dongle on different USB ports and also downgrading drivers.

Thanks for contacting us. I’m sorry your mouse isn’t working as expected when using the dock and I would be happy to help!
One quick way to isolate the behavior would be to temporarily plug the USB receiver for the mouse directly into your laptop when using the dock. If you do so does the behavior change?
