Mouse lag on M2 Mac

Hello,

I just purchased a UD-3900H for my macbook air M2. It is all connected per the provided instructions to two 27 in lg displays. I have a usb mouse and keyboard connected as well. The mouse will lag pretty hard every once in a while, but this never happened until I setup this dual monitor setup. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there,

Welcome to the community.

There are a few reasons as to why this may occur. I could see the mouse lag occurring if you were doing bandwidth-intensive tasks on the DisplayLink monitors, issues with the USB controllers on the docking station, or the DisplayLink software needing to be updated/reinstalled.
