Mouse Freeze

mouse attached to docking station locks up and laptop battery and power cord must be detached to unfreeze. This only happens with the docking station. It doesn’t happen when just using the laptop touchpad. Any suggestions?

  1. What’s the model# of the docking station you’re using?
  2. Instead of using the laptop mouse pad, if you connect the same USB mouse to the laptop diretly, does it freeze at all?
  3. Do you see any issues with other USB devices connected to the dock, or just the mouse?
