I’m experiencing a lag while using my monitors. One has a longer lag than the other. For example, audio in speech doesn’t match while watching video and there is a delay while moving the mouse around or typing. It’s only a few milliseconds but very noticeable.

Based on your description of the behavior, our first step is to get some additional information from your system to check for any pending driver updates that may help with performance.
If you would, please keep the dock connected to the computer with monitor(s) connected to the docking station (even though one may not be working) and attach the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug ( http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug ) to an email to ‘email@example.com’ with the subject line ‘Ticket #392003 - Attention Pat’ as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.
Additionally, please let me know which port or ports on the docking station are connected to displays with lag, and if the mouse lag is present on all connected displays ( and on the laptop’s built-in display ) or if it affects only some of the external displays ( please let me know which ports the affected displays are connected to on the docking station ). The ports on the back of the docking station are labeled as “Display #” for each DisplayPort/HDMI port-pair.
