With my Plugablle UD-3900 can I plug into one or more 2.0 ports a “Plugable USB 2.0 2 Port Hub” in order to use additional devices? If not is there another alternative.

Thanks for posting here! Yes, you can connect a hub to one of the USB 2.0 ports on the dock if you want to connect more devices through the dock than the available USB ports on it.
However, I’d recommend using a powered USB hub like our Plugable 7 Port USB 2.0 Hub, instead of the bus powered Plugable USB 2.0 2 Port Hub.
