Our User was just recently setup with the UD-6950Z docking station.
It was working fine until she attempted to test a USB laser pointer remote.
When connected her external monitors went blank. They can be brought up 1 at a time if windows is set to extend to 1 screen but if she attempts to extent to all monitors it goes black again.
We’ve done reboots across the board, downloaded and installed the displaylink drivers, no effect.
