I have a dell laptop running 2-32" viotek monitors. Every once in a while i hear click and both monitors go black for 2 or 3 seconds the right back on. I downloaded the debugger and have a report but the email support@plugable is not valid according to my email.

it is a plugable usb 3.0 docking station. yes i had the .com on there but it went thru today so file has been sent. ticket number [#313740]
