Monitors "freeze" and stay on showing the last screens opened after disconnecting laptop

Docking station works fine and no issues, but sometimes if you disconnect laptop the monitors stay on with the screens “ON” showing the last opened screens and never turn off. Whatever you had opened on the monitors, will stay frozen until you power cycle docking station.
It starting doing this in the last 3 months and never before. I update Plugable software frequently and I am suspecting something to do with the latest releases?

We haven’t seen any reports with this specific issue.

I’d like to request some logs from your system in order to investigate further.

Could you please keep the Plugable dock connected to your system (with the non-working displays still attached), then navigate to our PlugDebug tool (https://plugable.com/support/plugdebug) and email the results with the subject as • Ticket #340992?
