I have an HP Envy x360 laptop connected to a UD-ULTCDL and running 2 monitors on it, one is an HP P224 the other is a Dell 1908WFP. HDR is turned off and the monitors are flickering more often and go black now for a little bit. The laptop and dock are both new, both being purchased within the last 2 months. The monitors were flickering a little at the beginning but have gotten worse over time. I have updated the driver for the dock and the PC is up to date. Any tips on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Based on your description of the behaviour, our next step is to get some additional information.
Can you please send an email to our direct support email address (support@plugable.com) with “For ticket # 457581” in the subject line? In the email, please include the following information:
- The Amazon/Walmart/Newegg/eBay Order ID number for your docking station purchase. If it’s from Amazon you can find this at www.amazon.com/orders
- While the docking station is connected to your PC (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug: https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
- Which HDMI ports on the dock you have the monitors connected to? They should be labelled ‘HDMI 1’, ‘HDMI 2’, and ‘HDMI 3’ for easy identification.
- The Dell 1908WFP features VGA and DVI, but no HDMI ports. How are you connecting the displays to the HDMI ports of the UD-ULTCDL?
This information will help us to determine the next steps.
