When powering on my laptop (Eluktronics MAG15), the extended monitors turn on and connect with my laptop along with the other devices (speakers, keyboard, mic, webcam, and ethernet) connected to the docking station. But after a minute or 2, the monitors would enter power save mode and disconnect and stay off while the other devices remain connected to the remain functional. How do I prevent the monitors from entering saving mode and ensure it remains active and connected with laptop?

The behaviour you describe could be related to drivers, USB selective suspend or PCIe Link State Power Management.
