Monitors don't wake up after MacBook Pro Sleeps

Almost every time my MacBook Pro goes into sleep mode and then comes up I lose one of two of my monitors. I have to unplug and replug in my Plugable USB-C docking station. Any help would be appreciated. I am on a 15-inch, 2019 MacBook Pro on Mojave version 10.14.6

Hello Scott,

Thank you for contacting Plugable support! Sorry to hear about this issue. I’d be more than happy to assist you.

For the monitor that loses connection, can you pinpoint which port on the back of the dock it is connected to or does it happen with different monitors randomly?

We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. Please plug the dock with your monitors attached into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:

Please don’t hesitate to let us know of other questions.

Thanks again for contacting Plugable support and best wishes!

Hi Joshua

Thanks for getting back to me. I will download and run the tool. Just to get back to you on which monitor, it is routinely the monitor plugged into the 2K port but can randomly be the one in the 4k port. I have to unplug the docking station count to 10 and plug it back in to correct it so as you can imagine that is aggravating.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
