Hi. I have the plugable USB 3.0 I’m running windows 11. I have a two monitor set up with an Acer laptop. My monitors keep going off and on. Any advice as what might be wrong?

My impression when you say, “I have the plugable USB 3.0…” is that you are using a Plugable UD-3900 docking station → https://plugable.com/products/ud-3900 Please correct me if I am mistaken.
Presuming for the moment that my understanding is indeed correct, the behavior you describe is of course not expected. As a result, our next step is to get some additional information.
Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → support@plugable.com with 'For ticket #-369333 ’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:
- The Amazon Order ID number for your UD-3900 purchase
- While the UD-3900 is connected to your PC and the Acer displays are connected to the UD-3900 (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
This information will help us to determine the next steps.
