Monitor stopped working

my plugable usb2.0 docking station stoped recognizing my monitor all of a sudden. I unplugged it from my laptop and then next time I plugged it in. It didn’t work. The monitor is fine, I plugged it directly into monitor and it works perfect.

Some quick question to understand the setup and the issue better-:

  1. What is the current version of OS installed on your laptop?

  2. Does the OS detect the monitor even if there is no display on the screen, when it is connected through the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A?

  3. Does the monitor connected through the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A display any error messages like ‘No Signal’?

  4. Does the OS pop up any error messages when you plug in the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A?

  5. Other than the monitor, do the other ports on the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A work without issues?
