Monitor not working

Can’t get monitor working on usb docking station. Sound an all peripherals connected to docking station work, but monitor doesn’t. Worked prior to installing IE9.

IE9 shouldn’t affect things in this way, so let’s try to understand what changed.

Can you check two things:

* Is the display attached to the dock still showing up in Win7’s Screen Resolution Control panel?

And is the USB graphics function still showing up in Device Manager?

Hi – I’m having the same problem: That my Plugable docking station worked before I installed ie9, but no longer does.

Everything shows up in Device Manager, but the additional monitor is NOT showing up in the WIndows 7 screen resolution control panel.

What should I do?

Thanks for posting here! Could you connect the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A to the system and run the DisplayLink support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?

That will give us a better insight as to what is going on and how to fix it.
