Monitor not working with UGA-2K-A

Hi, I have just finished installing my UGA-2K-A. The driver software appears to have been installed correctly, and the display setting function in Windows (Vista)recognises that there is a 3rd monitor. However, the monitor is not working (it remains in power safe mode). I have swutched it with another one and the problem remains. I am using an Acer laptop and I’m based in the UK.

Thanks for posting your question here! I am sorry to know that you are having trouble with the Plugable UGA-2K-A.

Could you run the DisplayLink support tool (instructions here:http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) and email the .zip to support@plugable.com.?

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze it, we can figure out the next steps.
