I am using a Quad processor 8 Gig memory windows 7 home premium service pack 1, with two monitors I pre installed drivers as per your email. upon installing the adapter Windows cannot detect the monitor. I deinstalled and re-installed the driver by connecting the adapter and letting the system search for the driver. Property of the adapter says it is working properly. Yet when I ask the system to detect it says Another display not detected.
Where do I go from here?.
