I have one monitor plugged into the dock. It’s now frozen. I’ve rebooted several times, checked cables, tried different USB port and nothing. Very frustrated. Not worth buying this if it doesn’t support my monitor any more.

Based off of the description, we wouold be happy to sennd you a pre-tested replacement docking station to help make sure that the hardware is working properly. To do so, please reach out to our direct support email address at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Ticket Number 156260’ in the subject line so we can match everything up. In the body of the email, please include the following pieces of information:
- Your Amazon Order ID for your purchase
- The serial number from the bottom of the dock
- Your preferred shipping address to send the replacement
Once you have a moment to let us know this information we can get the replacement process underway.
