Model USB3-SATA-U3 - works for about 2 minutes then stopped working every time i power on

i just received my USB dock Model USB3-SATA-U3 Serial No. 6667001900131. I connected to my computer HP media center m7250n. Connected using USB 2 cable. It showed up fine … but only for few minutes. Then the light in front goes off and i can’t see the disk anymore. When I turn off and turn it back on, it does the same thing again. Need help with this

never mind. I got it fixed now. It was my other Seagate 3TB disk, that probably was trying to access this drive to do backup. I turned the backup off for this pluggable and now it is stayed up for almost 15 minutes. Before doing the change, it was stopping with 1 minute.
