Wireless headset installed without issue. Can’t get the mouse to connect. Is a software upgrade needed for the mouse?

I’m sorry to say that the Microsoft wireless mobile mouse 4000 won’t work with our adapter because it is not Bluetooth. It uses a proprietary Microsoft adapter.
