Microscope and light won’t go on at all. Installed software from the web site twice, restarted computer, still won’t activate. USB plug does recognize the device.
All I get is a black screen. No image. Go to settings, no microscope choice, just USB Video Device.
We’ve been communicating through our ticketing system as well. In this instance, I think you have a defective device. The LEDs won’d light up at all, even though you have the correct device selected in the software.
