microscope won't go on

Microscope and light won’t go on at all. Installed software from the web site twice, restarted computer, still won’t activate. USB plug does recognize the device.
All I get is a black screen. No image. Go to settings, no microscope choice, just USB Video Device.

Hello Gary,

We’ve been communicating through our ticketing system as well. In this instance, I think you have a defective device. The LEDs won’d light up at all, even though you have the correct device selected in the software.

I’d like to get a replacement headed your way. If you could respond to the email I sent confirming your address, I’ll get that started for you.
