Microscope capture button not working

I’ve just received my plugable microscope from your Amazon store and I cannot get the capture button to work. I’ve tried restarting etc… not it’s not working.

Hello Ian,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Plugable forums! With our USB Microscope there are limitations when using it on the mac OS platform specifically the touch capture button on the Microscope itself is not compatible on mac OS. This feature is available when in use with a Windows operating system.

I am sorry if this is of any inconvenience but I would advise to use the Plugable Digital Viewer capture button within the software. I hope this information helps provide some context to this issue.
