message insert removable media with generic usb hub

bluetooth speaker does not work with plugable hub 2.0. message says insert removable media which of course does not come with hub.

I wonder if you could tell a little more about your setup and what is happening:

  1. Could you please tell me the model of the hub you are using? You can see the different models here: http://plugable.com/products

  2. How are you using the speaker and the hub? Are you using a Bluetooth dongle in the hub?

  3. Could you please tell me what you do that makes that message about removable media to appear?
