mDP to HDMI 2.0 adapter limited to 30Hz. Intel HD 5500 to Samsung JU7500

Using Plugable mDP to HDMI 2.0 Adapater. Can only see option for 30Hz.
Dell Latitude 7250 with Intel HD 5500 graphics, connected to a Samsung JU7500.
Display Driver version 20.19.15.4377
Built-in display turned off.
Using HDMI 2.0 cable on HDMI port 1. UHD color is enabled.
Have been using same cable and port with different PC and have not had any issues displaying 4k 60Hz 4:4:4 Chroma

Please help me get to 60Hz.
