1 - sometimes does not mount the drive, then i change usb-c port and it works
2 - not very often (5 times over a month) , while being mounted the macbook pro does a “shhhhhh” sounds and is off. After a minute i can be turned on again. it display a message saying a hardware error forced the macbook pro to shut down. and all works normal again. until next time.

Based on this behavior I suspect that there could be an issue with this drive enclosure and we may need to replace it under warranty. I will contact you via email to request further information so we can arrange a replacement.
