Macbook Pro and Triple Display Docking

So I want to drive two external monitors with the Macbook Pro closed. Running High Sierra 10.13.

So far I can not get my Triple Display Docking station to run more than one external.

I can get both externals running if I plug one monitor directly into the mac, and the dock into another plug.

How do I troubleshoot this?

Hi Phillip,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue, but I would be more than happy to assist!

Based on the description of the issue, we could be running into a problem associated with the DisplayLink drivers are your system.

If you have not done so already, please download and install the driver from this link -> https://s3.amazonaws.com/plugable/bin…

If you have already done, we may be running into a common problem that we have isolated with Mac systems regarding Gatekeeper blocking the driver from activating. When you have a moment, please review this link, and follow the instructions-> https://plugable.com/2017/10/27/how-t…

I hope this information helps, if you have already followed these steps, and you are still experiencing issues, please let me know and I can provide additional troubleshooting steps.

Thank you for your time,

Thank Mac, that did work, sort of. I was not getting the blocking message. So I uninstalled the displaylink, then reinstalled, and got the message, allowed it, and it is now working. Thanks!!!
