Macbook Air M2, TBT3-UDZ only one monitor works

Hi,

I have a macbook air M2 with MacOS version Sonoma 14.2.1.
I have installed DisplayLink Manager (v1.10).
My external monitors are Samsung CF791 and LG 34WK95U.
Two HDMI cables, thunderbolt cable and power cable are connected to the back of the TBT3-UDZ.
Only one monitor works.
If I connect either of them, it would work. But If I connect both, only Samsung works.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out on the forums! I am sorry to hear that you are running into issues with your TBT3-UDZ, but I would be happy to help diagnose the issues here.

As you may or may not know, the M2 MacBook Air can only support up to 1x external display natively.

Additionally, our Thunderbolt docking stations do not support DisplayLink, so the DisplayLink Manager will not work with this dock. However, DisplayLink is still supported on macOS, so if you get a proper DisplayLink based docking station, you should be able to get multiple monitors working on your setup. Specifically, I would look into the UD-6950PDH or the UD-ULTC4K.

I hope this helps!
