Hi! I’m a real novice at all of this and I need help! I purchased model UH-3900H and want to connect my Acer monitor so I can view the monitor with my laptop closed. The DVI from the monitor does connect to the Plugable but when I close the laptop, I don’t get anything on the monitor. Can you help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? (BTW, the box the Plugable came in mentions Windows - not Mac. Did I buy the wrong one? Thanks for your help!
