Mac M3 Pro - USB Accessories Disabled Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices

I have the TBT4-UD5 connected via the included Thunderbolt 4 cable to my MacBook with the M3 Pro chip.
Every now and then USB devices connected to the Mac via the dock disconnect and I see a popup on my screen that says “USB Accessories Disabled Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices”. It’s very annoying that this happens on a daily basis.

I have the following things plugged into the ports on the dock

I would really appreciate if someone could help me fix this problem.
