Mac 3 displays Usb-C Monitors Disconnecting every 30-45 seconds

Docking station is not working. The displays x3 go on and off every 30 -45 seconds. I am currently running a MacBook Pro with touchbar with OS Sierra 10.12.3. It disconnects and reconnects. I have already tried the work around and still not working. Had to disconnect.

It sounds like you have our triple display docking station, the UD-ULTCDL. Can you confirm? Also, do you have the 13 or 15 inch model MBP?

We may need to send you a pretested replacement dock under warranty.

In the meantime can you connect the Apple charger to another USB-C port on the computer and see if that allows the dock to work?

Yes I have a MacBook Pro 13" and also have the triple display docking station. I have tested the USB-C ports work except the docking station does not do anything (dead air) The Usb-c were the power goes works but is were I get the turning off and on every 30-45 seconds.

Thanks for the information.

Ultimately it sounds like we may be a problem with the dock or its power adapter. We’ll want to try sending you a pretested replacement.

Please email us at with your Amazon Order ID or other proof of purchase, serial # off the bottom of the dock, and the best shipping address.

In the meantime as I mentioned earlier you may be able to use the dock while having it plugged into the MBP at the same time as having the Apple charger connected into the MBP. That was a temporary fix for some customers.

Once we get your email with the requested information we will arrange a replacement and update you with tracking information.

I have had my plugable dock, UD-ULTCDL for about a year and I have seen this issue when every I don’t have my MBP 15" Touch Bar power adaptor plugged in. It is really annoying that I have to carry my power adaptor back and forth from home and work. Any chance this can be addressed?
