I enabled the privacy settings, for record and connect. I have 3 Dell monitors I want to display on.

I am sorry to hear that you are running into issues with your TBT4-UDZ, but I would be happy to help diagnose the issue here.
The main issue here is that the TBT4-UDZ does not support DisplayLink or other USB graphics softwres. In order to use DisplayLink, you will need a DisplayLink based docking station, such as our UD-ULTC4K docking station.
Because of this, we unfortunately do not expect you to be able to extend more than one display with the TBT4-UDZ, as this is the maximum number of native external displays that the MacBook supports.
