Logitech wireless keyboard mouse not working on Mac OS 12.0.1 M1

Using latest 1.6 BUILD 59.128 on M1 MacOS 12.0.1

30 seconds turn off, connect laptop, wait for 30 seconds, and then connect dongle. This method rarely works. Any solution for this issue?

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.
