Logitech MK270 Keyboard and Mouse Not Working on UD-6950PDH

Hello,

I just unboxed a new UD-6950PDH and a new Logitech MK270 Keyboard and Mouse Combo.

I have installed both the logitech and the pluggable software.

When my laptop is plugged into the dock by USB-C I can not use the logitech Keyboard and Mouse. When I plug the Keyboard and Mouse straight into my laptop I can use the keyboard and mouse.

I have unplugged the power to the dock and the logitech usb for 30 seconds. Plugged the dock power back in and the logitech usb back in with no change.

How do I get the keyboard and mouse to work with the dock?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for contacting Plugable! I am sorry to hear that your UD-6950PDH docking station is not functioning as expected, and would be happy to provide additional support.

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop and everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 406343” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.

Thank you for giving us the chance to help!
