Hello - I have a logitech brio 4K webcam and a pluugable triple monitor displaylink docking station and my computer will not recognize the Webcam while it is plugged into the docking station. The webcam works fine when plugged into the computer and I would really rather not have to return this device and find a different dock that does support the webcam. I also really don’t want to another hub between the computer and the docking station - that just seems silly. Is there anything that can be done?
actually, please cancel this ticket - I am seeing some strange behavior that I do not believe is associated with the dock at all.
